The Contracting Board of this Local Council is made up as follows in accordance with current law regarding Local Regulations and with Law 30/2007: Public Sector Contracts:

PRESIDENT

  • The Mayor
  • Substitute: Delegated Mayoral Representative.

SPOKESPERSONS

  • Councillor for Contracting and Purchasing.
  • Substitute: A councillor from the governing party

  • Councillor for Roads and Works
  • Substitute: A councillor from the governing party.

  • Councillor for Cleaning Services
  • Substitute: A councillor from the governing party.

  • Secretary General of the Local Corporation
  • Local Corporation Auditor.
  • Substitutes for the above: the Civil Servants designated and delegated by the above.

ADVISORS

  • Head of the Contracting Service.
  • A technician from the relevant Contracting Area.

SECRETARY OF THE CONTRACTING BOARD

  • The Head of the Contracting Service, or the civil servant delegated.
